Processing Times

Orders are packed with love and processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated on a product listing (such as Secret Drops or Preorders). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is on the way.

Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Baked Goods Shipping Schedule

To ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays, baked goods (including brownies and cookie dough) are shipped Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed later in the week will ship the following Monday.

Preorders & Secret Drops

Items from our Secret Drop series or other preorder events follow special timelines. Please refer to the product description for specific delivery windows. These items are made to order and ship separately from regular inventory.

Shipping Partners

We currently ship through USPS and UPS, depending on weight, speed, and destination. Select items may ship directly from our trusted partners and may arrive in separate packaging.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you suspect theft or delivery errors, please contact your local carrier.
