Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes desserts, teas, and wellness essentials. We do not offer returns or exchanges on perishable or consumable items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement, credit, or refund.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been processed or shipped. For preorders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
